Junk Mail Error
We apologies for any problems you may have received over the past couple of weeks in sending us repeat prescriptions. An error in the junk mail filter moved received emails into a different folder and resulted in the system not functioning correctly. This has now been rectified and the email system works properly once more.
Spam Control
The WRITE A COMMENT feature has been disabled for all guests to post on to prevent the continual abuse of spambots posting about casinos and drug trials. If you wish to post a comment about some news you will have to register and log into the site before you do so.

Prescription Receipts
Those of you that have used our prescription service in the past week or so, will have noticed the automatic response from ourselves on receipt of your requests. This is to address the concerns that some people have over whether or not the prescription has arrived or not.

Repeat Prescription Unavailable
It has come to our attention the plea of help from a few patients having trouble accessing the repeat prescription screen. The problem you are having is that you will not be able to reach this screen until you register and log in to the site. The reason this has been implemented is due to the number of untraceable prescription requests. Once registered and correctly logged in, you will gain access to prescription screen.

Repeat Prescription Requests
It has been pointed out that the form to send a repeat prescription was failing due to the new webpage design. This has been rectified and all repeat prescriptions can be sent to the pharmacy using the menu bar on the left.
